Definitely one of the worst companies I've ever experienced in my lifetime. Cutthroat business tactics ultimatums and false promises make their work ethnic and operations utterly incompetent. One of the most expensive contractors on the mountain. With the worst quality product. Computer contractors thinking they can get everything done from the office while treating field staff like garbage. Strongly recommend any other contractor. Getting involved with this outfit will be a nightmare.

Mark and his entire team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They offer many different services and we took advantage of several of them. Doug and Chris were in our home over several days installing and setting up our systems and were amazing. They were patient and made sure I new how to use each system before leaving each day. I would highly recommend this team for any of your security needs, leak detection system, and lighting automation. They returned calls and emails promptly and even arranged their schedules to accommodate mine.

We needed to upgrade our security system and found that Liberty Bell now works in Louis Tahoe regional. I gave Marc a call. He came over to analyze our current situation and discuss potential upgrades. We received a formal quote that day and scheduled the work. The text, Reese and Obi, arrived when scheduled, discussed the work with us, and promptly started. These two were knowledgeable and courteous, keeping us informed about what they were doing throughout the entire project. We ran into one programming issue, but the Liberty Bell office called the next morning and helped us resolve that problem. I can’t recommend this company enough, and have already done so to some neighbors. Liberty Bell set a new standard in the security and home entertainment industry.
