I showed up with three large, heavy item to return and only a PDF on my phone of the shipping label. Super easy to connect to their WiFi and use their printer (charged by the page) and then they helped be unload the heavy boxes after driving around back.

My experience at the Business Park facility was terrible. I called ahead to confirm a notary was on site and available and was rudely refused service when I arrived, because he was ‘too busy’. A trip across town to visit the friendly, up-beat staff at the Donner Pass location solved my notary woes.

10/10 stars. I had a heck of a time trying to ship 5 large boxes to Canada on my own - after 20 days of being held up in Customs in Vancouver and then RETURNED to me, I reached out to the Office Boss to see if anyone could help me. Carrie from the location by the airport responded to my email quickly and offered to help if I brought them in. When I arrived at the Office Boss, an employee saw me struggling with the boxes and came out right away to carry them all in (weighing more than 150 pounds combined). Carrie was just as wonderful in person as over email, and she patiently walked me through the steps in her system to get everything properly coded and labeled. It was a long process, but she worked quickly and efficiently, and I just got word from Fedex today that the packages all made it to their destination as promised. I highly recommend the Office Boss by the airport and especially Carrie!

I had to get some last second posters printed out for Valentine’s Day. When I got there i was greeted by their super friendly staff and the cutest little dog. They were able to help me out super quick and their printing team was on top of it. Probably the best customer service and friendly people ever
