Had an 11AM appointment. Let them know when I walked in, but (side note) was never asked my name, what it was about, etc. I wanted to make a payment on my terminated wireless account using Google pay via my mobile phone. Shockingly there are no point of sale terminals that will allow for such a simple transaction. You can pay your Internet or cable bill this way, but not your wireless account. Considering bringing $800 in coins tomorrow.

I activated the 2 lines and internet. I was charged for 3 lines and internet equipment. I was told there won't be any activation fees. I was charged 129$. Visited 4 times and texted a couple times, the person(Murad) who helped me not there. No one willing to help me in fixing this. just because of auto pay there, xfinity is taking as much as . Had call with agents, fixed few issues like rental and duplicate line charge. activation fees and the promo gift card . I am really tired. Let me not visit anymore.

Took all the electronics back once I cut service, a year ago! Asked the lady sitting at the desk if I owed anything she said no I’m good to go she doesn’t see anything in my account of a balance then what you know, MAGICALLY I GET COLLECTION ! Your System really sucks ass to magically have a 0-200 balance once I closed out the account even paid my last payment before canceling out yet I got sent to collections you guys are a joke

The staff during the day were very helpful , do your homework before going as they always try to put u on higher plan rather than help u with best offers . I didn’t find them accountable they asked me to come in the evening to fix some stuff on phone and when I showed up they denied the fact they called me . Once you buy stuff they don’t care they ask you to call the customer care to resolve issues.
