I have over 40 years experience buying and selling, and this has been the most bizarre transaction I've ever dealt with in Real Estate. From the start they cold called. Then from there it's just been stranger and stranger. Not a single showing was done outside of their office. We actually showed our own house on multiple occasions under them. So many hands in the pot of the commission, which wasn't justifiably earned in my eyes. I never felt like my agent or the brokerage has been 100% honest with me, and only out for their own commission. In talking to the buyer, he has the same feelings about how this transaction has gone. I have more property to sell in California and I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

We had the privilege of working with Yolanda. We were blessed with her integrity, knowledge of the business and her patience. This was our first home purchase and she helped with answering questions, being a liaison between us and the lender/builder , and she directed us if she didn't know the answer. This was an emotional sale for me and to make things more complicated I live an hour away but Eva, Jessica & Leilani made my home sale process so simple! When I considered selling, I felt so unsure and scared but not for long, Eva showed me she was looking out for me like family. The team took care of making all the arrangements for repairs, worked with my tenant, made my house look beautiful, explained the process to me, kept me up to date and always answered my call for my endless number of questions. The Team at Home Buyers Realty made the experience of selling our home seem effortless. Owner Eva Cedillo is very knowledgeable, personable and sweet. I knew we would get along very well through this process when I met her, and I can be difficult. I couldn't believe no matter what time I called either early mornings or late evenings she was available. We were never made to feel as though there was more pressing matters to attend to, she was always welcoming. I have had the opportunity to buy and sell homes in my lifetime but the experience I had with Home Buyers Realty was by far the best I have ever had. It starts with Eva's experience as an agent, her recommendations for repairs/upgrades to pricing are more than I could have asked for. The overall professional experience of Eva and the office staff are exemplary, everyone from Stephanie, Christine and Debbie. Everyone was very sensitive to our family's needs and understood that clearing my mother's home after her death would be an emotional and long involved process. Eva Cedillo and her team (Leilani, Jessica, Juan, and I'm sure others I missed) embody the most highly desired attributes anyone could hope for in a realtor. I was the executor of a trust that owned a home that was vacant and I live in another state. Fortunately, I was able to find Eva via BNI, a professional networking group in which we both are members, and she and her team efficiently handled a myriad of difficult issues and delays arising from title, ownership, Trust, tax, mortgage and other matters. The home was vandalized during the process and Eva and her team had the property professionally secured, providing me with peace of mind that they had everything handled. As a major benefit to working with them, I was able to avoid the expense and time of traveling to the home as would have been necessary if they hadn't stepped up with such a high degree of competence, attention to detail and follow-up. It is clear that they truly care and devote themselves to obtaining the best possible outcome for their clients, regardless of circumstances.
