One of Tracy Sign's employees just bought a couple teen boys starbucks because they were asking for the price of everything and trying to figure out how to share their money. He made their day when he didn't have to do anything. Not sure about their signs, but their employees are pretty awesome

Very satisfied! Fast turnaround. I had Tracy Sign design me a custom 10x10 canopy cover and it came out flawless. Very happy with their work. I dealt with Craig, he was so nice and helpful making sure everything was perfect! I definitely recommend this place and will be back with more projects in the near future.

Amazing company and service! Got a large beautiful 2-part sign 7 years ago that has been the best in our small plaza, I must say. Recently the second part has mysteriously come off almost completely. One call to Tracy Signs, they were there the next day and fixed it and didn’t charge a dime. This is what business used to be (sadly not anymore anywhere) - taking pride in their work, and this company still has it!!! Thank you so much!!! Highly appreciate it and highly recommend!

We were searching sign installation businesses in the area online to install a new store front LED sign and a few window decals for our new shop. I called many sign installation businesses and was getting frustrated with late replies to my phone calls and emails. Then i saw Tracy Sign Inc and decided to make a phone call. I was transferred to a person by the name of Craig who was very professional and helpful over the phone. Immediately, he explained the city sign permit processes, sign sizes, colors, prices and provided information about how soon the signs will be installed. After our phone conversation, he sent us the contract along with prices. We decided to sign the contract because Craig was professional, he took the time to answer all our questions in details during our first conversation, and prices were reasonable. Thank you for taking care of the signage for our new business, the signs are eye catching and they were installed correctly and on time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRACY SIGN INC.

Business reputations are impacted by various factors. These factors include customer service, product quality and employee conduct. Based on the conduct of Tracy Sign's employees, I would not elrecommend doing business with the them. Their commercial vehicle failed to comply with California law by using the carpool lane on Hwy 99 in Sacramento morning rush-hour traffic.

Not only are commercial vehicles prohibited from using the lane, but on this occasion, the Tracy Sign vehicle was also impeding the flow of traffic in the commuter lane by traveling far slower than necessary and had a 1/2 mile of open lane ahead of them. The lane is in place to promote the flow of traffic during commute times, not for use of dawdling commercial vehicles.

Overpriced, didn't do the job correctly the first time, and never called back when they said they would. Waited over a month for a small simple address sign to be made. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!

Been calling them days and trying to even get a quote is impossible. I know my job isn’t very big, but don’t just leave me hanging in there! Horrible service! I’ll go elsewhere.
