Worst experience ever as a customer, the manager at this location is the worst person in customer service the I have encountered, boot barn drop the ball & didn't sent me a email with a code the need it to be scanned at the store & the manager knowing the I didn't received this email, didn't try to do anything to help the problem, she said "well if they didn't send you that email there is NOTHING I can do" when she represents Boot Barn at the store. I felt discriminate against for being Hispanic.

Lovely place with a cozy country atmosphere, the employees are very willing to help, especially with finding the right fit for a boot, no matter how unique your feet.

My only complaint is the lack of pant/belt sizes above 40 for men. It's understandable though as their clientele is not usually of bigger sature, and they do carry larger sizes for some apparel online.

Boot Barn was great. Customer service was also great very attentive employees with customers walking in and walked right up to each and every customer asking them including myself if I needed help finding anything. Awesome work employees keep up the great work.

Everyone there always has a smile on their face and always asks if I need help with anything. Probably one of the best boot barns I’ve been to. They have a way better selection then Modesto and seems they’re always stocked.

I just visited your store for the first time, and was the only person in there, besides someone I assumed was an employee. I was browsing for a good 5 minutes before the employee, (middle-aged woman wearing a black vest over jeans) even acknowledged me, and that was only when I said hello to her. She never smiled, never welcomed me to the store. She just said a brief "hi" and moved on to another part of the store. A few minutes later, a couple walked in and she immediately greeted them with a warm welcome! I continued browsing and at one point she turned, looked at me and then just turned her back to me. I was there to purchase a top for an upcoming event, found what I was looking for but walked out instead. Perhaps your employees need customer service training because today it really sucked!

I called like 8 different boot barns to look for a certain item and Debbie in the tracy store was super kind and was the only one that mentioned that she can find it at another store and have it transfer to the tracy store. And I could pick it up there. If I was told I could do this in the first call at my local boot barn I wouldn't have wasted so much time. But thanks to Debbie I can get the vest I want in my size. Very pleased with her customer service.
