I started out as a client representative and was able to quickly work my way to account executive because of my work ethic. That's why I love it here. if you are a hard worker you will be rewarded. It is not your typical 9-5. There is endless opportunities for growth but you have to work for it. One of the best experiences I have had in my career thus far

I recently started SoCal ICS about 2 months ago and I've now been promoted to a Corporate Trainer which is such a great growth experience. I've learned A LOT following with learning something new everyday either if I'm on the field or in office. I'm ecstatic to see my goals to be reached with SoCal ICS with aiming to be an owner as well. SoCal ICS gives you the path to success, it all depends how serious you are with really achieving your goals. Love the positive environment and all the team players we have here.

I attended Sacramento Marketing, for their 8 week internship program...It was such a great experience! I felt so welcomed and appreciated. As an intern, I was able to grow through out the company; instead, of just doing runs for the office or doing paperwork. I will be taking a lot of what I learned, from the summer, back to school to help me better my studies. I can leave here knowing that I would always feel welcomed and at home if I return. I highly recommend this program for anyone seeking higher education is business/marketing fields, or anyone still stuck on what they want to do for the rest of their life. It was truly an unforgettable experience, that will give you a different prospective of life! I thank the whole team for everything this summer!

I have been working with Sacramento Marketing Inc for about 1 year now. I cannot explain how much growth I have seen within the last year. I came into the business with little leadership/sales skills and now I’m confident and comfortable running a team and doing sales/marketing.

The best part of Sacramento Marketing is being surrounded by young entrepreneurs with similar interest and goals!!!

While I have only been at Sacramento Marketing for a few months, so far I have had a great experience.

Pros:
-coworkers
-collaborative environment that is company-wide, rather than just limited to office-wide
-room for growth, as well as the opportunity to transfer to other departments
-diverse environment
-unlimited flexibility with the schedule
-startup environment (I have listed this as a con as well)
-excellent onboarding program for new hires
-unlimited opportunities to learn about marketing and new tech products

Cons:
-compensation is okay not great if you don't perform. Base salary Around 550-600 a week.
-some of the supervisors  display favoritism amongst their teams
-startup environment

Everyone is super supportive of each other. I loved waking up and going to work every morning. It is not your typical work environment, lots of energy and lots of fun in the office. When I graduated I was super nervous to join a boring old office but this was not the case here. It was everything I was looking for.

Has been a great experience, only been working with this company for just about 3/4 months and it has really helped me grow not just with Sacramento Marketing, but as a person overall. The best part about working with this company, is it’s really up to the individual to want to grow in this business and it can actually happen sooner than you think if you really put the effort in.
