Buyer beware. This company has refused to honor the agreement with our company for over two years. They demanded our money upfront and never delivered a product we could use. The samples they provided were not as advertised. People in the company we worked with kept leaving and we were stuck with constant new ones. We have sent repeated refund requests along with a copy of the signed agreement we have with them and no response to date only empty promises. We made the mistake of paying upfront for their 3D video only be told two years later that they do not do that anymore and wanted us to pay more upfront money for a cartoon presentation. I think due to the lack of professionalism all around with this company that they are running a scam just to get your money. If you choose to use them, by all means DO NOT PAY upfront - you'll regret it. If they honor our many requests for a refund due to their clear cut breach of contract we may feel different. You've been warned.

I am surprised that this company exists since we started a project with them and after a 4-6 week promised time line turned into months, the project manager left & I was told that Video Wizardz was sold. The service was terrible, the quality was substandard. I think their only area of expertise is turning existing print collateral into animated videos. I would not ask them to do anything of any more complexity than that. The "new" company finally finished the project after nearly 9 months -- not 4-6 weeks.

Dreadful company and very poor level of quality.

I didn't finish the work with them because they wouldn't make the changes to the storyboard that I asked, and clearly were not able to deliver the product I had briefed into them and paid for.

In the end I settled with 65% of my money back because I would have wasted hours of my time taking them to court. I only got this money back after months of chasing them to keep to their promise of a money back guarantee.

Avoid, you can find much better out there for the same price, just as I have now done.
