Had a custom shirt order here and was not impressed. While the timeline they quoted from proof approval was technically accurate, communication to get the quote approved was very slow. I was regularly reaching out for updates, and in addition they “missed” an email where I approved the proof which made them miss the initial deadline. Then they lost my shirts when I went to pick them up and I had to wait for them to find them.

2 stars because while the process was slow and painful, the shirts did turn out well. I would not recommend ordering from them, however.

Y'all, the product is good, but the customer service is even better. We ordered koozies and the proof that the vendor they use sent us a low res image that resulted in them being misprinted. Long story short, they weren't being cooperative. My Branding Specialist, Katie Ward, didn't miss a beat and went above and beyond to get this corrected for us. She makes EVERY project so easy, and is so insanely helpful I could cry. I wouldn't go anywhere else, just because of her.

I did not have a good experience with LogoBranders, and would not purchase items from them
again.

I was a student in the area, having shirts made for a group of 16 individuals. I filled out the forms and sent them in. I had a specific request for a text font and I wasn't sure if it was feasible, so I called to follow up. I was assured via the phone and an email that the font was able to be used in the shirt. After a day or so, I was returned a Proof of concept for approval, which did not match the artwork I'd sent in. This proof had the correct font on the front, but not on the back where our names were displayed, so I returned it requesting the correction. I again followed up with a phone call as I didn't want to delay the order any further, and was again assured via phone and email that the font I had requested would be used on the shirt. I was further assured that upon approval of the artwork or corrections submitted, the shirt order would be complete by three days time. Two and a half days later I had not heard anything from the company, and our team wanted to wear them for an event two days later. I called the company, and was informed brusquely that the shirts would not be ready for over two days. We were unable to wear our shirts for the event, and that evening when I went to pick them up (4 and a half business days total after calling about the artwork correction), the first thing I noticed about the shirts was that the text font had been printed incorrectly. There were two different fonts, one on the front, and one on the back. It sounds like a little thing, but the theme of the shirt was no longer apparent, making the effort of the member who had designed the shirt worthless.

As we had already missed wearing the shirts to one event, we did not want to miss another, so I respectfully requested a partial refund rather than having them completely remake the shirts and take another 4+ days time on the delivery; I did not feel as though I were asking a lot considering the late delivery and misprint on all 16 shirts. I suggested a drop in price to $10 for the cotton short sleeve shirts, but was only given a 15% discount. While I appreciated this minor refund, though I did not feel was adequate given the time taken in the design & the level of egregious error by the company. I also noted in the email the company member sent me to inform me of the refund that he was talking to his accounting office about "several issues", one of which was mine, so this tells me that this company often has problems similar to this.

Overall, a very poor experience. I will not use this company again.

**Edit: One week and two washings after receiving the T-shirts, 5 out of 16 members of our team have had to re-iron the shirts because the numbers or lettering are peeling off.

I’ve purchased business apparel 24+ months ago and the service with Laura Kate Frazier was superb. I went last month or longer and talked with another sales representative and after the conversation I have received no response. I went today to attempt finish the deal, to be told no one can help me. Today was not a good day!

My friends and I ordered koozies for our graduation party from Logo Branders and I loved them! We created a design and they did such a good job of helping us project it like we wanted. Everyone was so sweet and helpful and we for sure will be using them again!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE service and policy! I wish I could reduce the star to a 1/2 star if I had the option. I just called the number on the website to check inventory of a product...it was important for me to know that they had this product in stock since this product is out of stock on most other sites this was time sensitive. The lady on the phone informs me that in order to confirm they have the inventory, I am required to fill out a credit card authorization form and place the order. I informed her that I am happy to do so as long as they had the product in stock and that it could be delivered by the 15th of the month. But unfortunately she was told a customer cannot check inventory without providing the payment first? Seriously? All I want to know is if you have the product, you can't tell me that without taking my payment first? Absolutely ridiculous policy and service! I will never buy from this site.

We ordered our graduation koozies from Logo Branders and they were SO CUTE!! The staff was so helpful in creating a design and i couldn’t be more pleased. DEFINITELY using them again!
