Where do I begin? It's been like a horrible customer service nightmare. I originally signed with this company to make a video segment for my hotel back in December 2015. To date I still have not received what I asked for after having several conversations with Caroline. After blowing me off for the past 2 weeks, I finally received the same video that I asked to be edited to show more of my hotel in and less of the attractions that are 45 minutes away. I was told by Caroline after calling several times to see where the video was that she sent it by WeTransfer. Going back through my emails the last email sent to me by them was back in December 2015. Not happy with the service at all and the video is not something we will not be able to be used, because once again, it highlights the attractions that are 45 minutes away and not the hotel. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Great photography and videography, but totally dissatisfied with the product and customer service.

They take great pictures, depending on the photographer, but their customer service is horrible. They do not respond and when you contact them with a problem, they will put the blame on someone else or just lose track of where any information is to be able to help you!!
