Unfortunately, although I was clear about what I needed from this provider (primarily vertically oriented shots) he shot all the footage in the incorrect orientation. On the attempted follow up after I had paid, I was not able to get into contact with him to ask what happened and negotiate another shoot to generate the required media. Ghosting a customer is unprofessional.
However, to his credit he did originally respond to my inquiry on short notice and attempt to capture content outside of his core competencies, and I cannot detect any fault in his skill level. I think this would be an easy fix by giving some focus to customer communication and professionalism.

Esteban was recruited by our staging company to shoot photos of our home in Mentone, CA. He took a lot of time making sure the shots brought out the best features of the home and our community park. He seemed to have very advance equipment, including a drone. I am really pleased with the photos and I’m certain our house listing will get a lot of traffic. I will definitely use Esteban again in the future!
