Love the service hate the fees and extra fees for paying by phone when app is impossible to navigate and pay online. Race is set up to charge you extra just to make a payment... and I'm fed up.. not worth the headache, I'm tech savvy to fyi. Use to be a supervisor over tech support...

Race (lacks) Communication...I physically brought their employees inside my home and showed them my commercial-grade router and LC fiber connector that goes into the WAN port. They said it should work. Day of install, they gave me a modem/router with an SC fiber connector, and I can only plug it in to my equipment via Ethernet. Their router's firewall settings are set to the max settings and I can't change it...wtf. I'm supposed to be getting 10Gbps, but current speeds only reach 5Gbps up and 6Gbps down. Also, the majority of the people I talked to on the phone were rude. I'm sticking with Frontier, since they're nice and professional.

This is the fastest, best priced, highest quality Internet signal I've ever had, and I've lived in probably 15 homes with 8 different providers over the years.

Started off good like every other internet provider but the problems started only 2 weeks in while paying for multiple other mesh plans and not receiving internet to those to my internet getting randomly shut off because servers are going down for them. I have never had to switch from an internet provider this fast honestly…

I've been with Race for well over a year now, and am quite satisfied with the service. First of all, I am paying a reasonable fee that I can afford for service that is fast and reliable. How do I know the service is fast and reliable? Because I don't think about it. They have maintenance outages like all service providers, but they provide advanced notice and they are invariably brief. With so many items and services becoming less and less affordable, I appreciate that Race has not increased my rates...this is easily the most important reason for my satisfaction.

We moved to a rural mountain community during the pandemic. We needed a good WiFi provider with a great, stable connection for working from home, streaming and social media access. We signed up for RACE and have not been disappointed. Only down side...it takes a while to get to talk to some one and schedule appointments, but they absolutely get the job done. Would recommend RACE to any one looking for service. We don't use it, but they do have phone and cable service packages available as well. The price is great as well.

This is nothing but a repo , I call many times to tell them that the internet was bad since day one, I only a 3 months customer and I am very disappointed with this company,
I would let all my friends know so they don’t suffer the consequences of getting services with Race communication.

We planned to move to mountains of Tehachapi, but were concerned with a good internet service that was not satellite, we found RACE. The customer service has been outstanding, they came out in a timely manner, very polite, and even though it was supposed to be a “simple” install, it turned into a longer job for them. They handled it with no stress and we had our super fast internet the same day! It’s better than our former internet provider! I’m so happy there is this kind of service in these rural areas, really makes living out here that much better! Definitely recommend!
