I work for a small healthcare office and we hired Brian to shoot some videos of our staff and facility for use on our website and other digital outreach efforts.

From beginning to end, Brian was awesome and easy to work with! He clearly has a passion for what he does and a strong sense of artistic integrity. Throughout our time working with him he was great about taking our feedback, sharing suggestions from his professional viewpoint, and integrating everything to form a dynamite finished product.

He delivered the 3 videos requested within about a month, which was much faster than I had anticipated, and the quality was superb. Whatever slight edits were needed, he made in a matter of hours, and we were able to begin rolling the videos out immediately.

They have been a big hit and our business has been receiving a ton of positive feedback on them - we've even seen much larger competitors scrambling to put out their own videos to compete (though they are a far cry from the ones Brian created!)

I think what sets Brian's work apart is the time he spends on the front end getting the footage and really curating the content to the message you're trying to convey. He spent a good 9 hours with us on shoot day, and many of the staff were very nervous to be on camera for interviews - having never done anything like this before. Brian really took his time, worked with everyone and made them feel at ease. He's a super personable guy and really easy to talk to. After some initial hesitation, everyone eventually relaxed and was able to be themselves - the time and care Brian took to make everyone feel comfortable helped create a finished product that felt super genuine and authentic.

I don't envy Brian for having to pan through what must of been hours of footage of us fumbling our words and messing up to mine out the really good moments but he really did it!

Oh behalf of everyone at our company, we would HIGHLY recommend Brian and Napa Valley Creative - especially if you're a small business like we are, trying to get your name out there and represent yourselves to potential clients. He is easy to work with, communicative, fairly priced, and does top-notch work!
