Do not place an order online, they will forget about it.

I ordered through the app 15 minutes ahead of time and checked in with the front when I arrived. Even after waiting 20 minutes while other customers who ordered after me received their drinks, mine still hadn’t been made. It was only when I asked for a refund that the girl making the drinks on 3/31/25 at 1:30pm finally started preparing it. By that point, I had already left, and to make matters worse, they made it way too sweet and incorrectly as I specified on my online order.

To make things even more frustrating, their customer service phone number is unreachable and pretty much nonexistent, so don’t expect any help there either. I would have much rather received a refund, but instead, they made the wrong order for me. What a complete waste of my time and money.

2025 what a rip off they have shrinked the size of their bread by HALF yet you are still paying the same . They are hoping people wont notice .not sure if its corporate or just this location but im extremely disappointed . Its not worth it anymore. The milk buns are microscopic / sample size now. Parking is too small and get full easily especially at peak hours and week end.very inconvinient .not the best location. The store itself is relatively small compare to other 85 with limited choices. clean and fully renovated inside .the line isnt horrible like some other locations that wrap around the store. Their coffee is meh ( mainly ice barely any coffee) unless you order hot coffee but its loaded with sugar and the large cake not that great ( think sponge cakes but covered with either chocolate or fruits )they all taste about the same no matter what flavor you buy. They try to get you with new flavors but its disappointing non the least. For birthday cake i would recommend going to an authentic french bakery instead for real cakes. The asian style pastries are affordable though a little dry 2 to 4$ ish . I love that they display the calories for each pastries . The square bread are meh nothing extraordinary .They tend to sell out fast very fast which is super annoying by 6 pm best of luck finding any bread.there are times i walk in walk out cuz there is nothing left ... depending what time you go during the day they may not have much pastries left so if you work regular hours and want to pick up something sweet after work , you will have a very slim pick .they know the demand is HIGH but never make enough to meet the demand which is frustrating. Don't forget to use your app to earn points .

My favorite bakery to go to when I'm in OC! The hot dog pastry, the matcha choco, and the Taro are by far my favorite! Highly recommend checking out if you're in the area, it's finger licking good.

I am a fan of this bakery. The ham and cheese breakfast sandwich is so delicious. I think they may sprinkle some crack on it. Only $5 and in today's world that is a good deal. Good service and always welcoming. Love this location.

Have been to multiple 85 degrees in both ca and az. This one was quite off for a Sunday AM only an hour after opening.

It was empty? Almost no cakes, pastry shelves essentially empty with multiple items not stocked.

I asked her girl at the register if there were anything cooking in the back, she said No and asked if I wanted a drink.

I left with nothing, I was looking for a cake for my daughter's birthday. I found exactly what I was looking for at the Albertsons bakery in the same parking lot.

VERY STALE! Very disappointing, I stopped in from a long trip and got two packages of small lemon muffins. Both were stale, four dollars each only to have old stale muffin's. They really shouldn’t sell stuff that’s past It’s freshness. They didn’t even offer a refund. Pretty pathetic!!

My family and I stopped in for a few bakery items. This was my second time here. The customer service was very friendly. I like how everything‘s fresh and organized. We each chose a pastry to enjoy. I would recommend coming here. We ordered two chocolate croissants, a mango bun, strawberry crème, milk raisin bun & jalapeño bun.
