It is obvious by the support of this group that there are big benefits to being part of 517 Living. It is great that Sarah Pierce has taken the initiative to create a place that keeps the group informed of goings on in and around the Lansing community. While learning of things to do and places to go, it also helps to facilitate the exposure many of our smaller companies and organizations need to describe their function and offerings. 517 Living is one of the, if not the, best social media groups/calendars I have been a part of. With a Facebook group of over 40,000 I am in awe at how little drama and hate there is. Sarah has done a wonderful job monitoring and running the group plus keeping a the calendar and website updated with local events.
