I had a horrible experience with dom

He’s very indecisive and misleading.

Disappointed!

Let’s start with Dom's arrogance level.

Initially, I contacted you inquiring about the desert location for the video. Still, my message was that I would pay 2,500 as a deposit and the remaining 3,500 after completing the video. Dom insisted that I spend the 3,500 before the video shoot, which I felt wasn't fair and defeated the purpose of the contract. He claimed the money was to pay for the extra things I added, such as lighting, but was ignored. A week before my video shoot, I discovered he had never found an area, and he did not use the 2,500 I paid as a deposit to pay for the model and book the location for my video.

The contract stated, etc.

Dom also would refer to me as a “G,” strongly assuming he was referring me to being a Gangstar…?
Just because I'm black doesn't mean Im in the street banging & Ganging.

I was only hoping to complete my first video of a song that meant more than what you can hear.

Truly disappointed.

This is a follow-up response to the owner of 204 Productions 10/ 2/2024

204 production contacted my private phone regarding a deposit refund of $2,500, and Dom said he would work on refunding me as of Saturday, 28th, 2024.

According to the supposed office manager, my deposit would not be refunded because I canceled after the studio was booked for Sunday, 6th, 2024.

Your response to my initial review does not correlate with what I was informed of yesterday. The final payment was initiated randomly during our first video chat.

I did not know about a second payment outside the contract until a week and a half before the video shoot.

I even recommended pushing the video back to November.

Please let me know if the studio was booked before my cancellation.

I'm not sure how a 2,500-dollar deposit wouldn't cover a 65- to 75-dollar rate for a studio. On top of that, I waited until the last minute to find out there were 2 locations for the video shoot.

This made me feel as if I was on Dom and his model time frame and my understanding of what locations mattered only at the last minute.

Just look at how confusing the communication is
Dom claimed he has toured his musical gifts, but the reviews and communication don't correlate.

You initially toured but then didn't because a baby hit the carriage. Why lie?

In summary, you could’ve called me months ago to discuss a second payment instead of right before the video shoot.

I'm uncomfortable with this because we've planned to shoot the desert scene in November, and you would’ve already received a full payment.

You indecisively agreed to a price for a video
That's something you should've been honest about from day one. I deliberately asked Dom how he uncharged me, and his response was, “Correct.”

And to my recent understanding, the desert shoot was free. I would not have agreed to it being free even after we added $1,000 more which is what made the cost $6,000.

I thought I was covered. Misleading business.

Dom and his team were phenomenal in capturing our family photos for my parents 50th anniversary party. We had 5 generations there with quite a few young kids and babies, some of the littles have special needs and they took their time to work with them and make sure they were comfortable and did an amazing job getting a lot of options for all families to have. They took over 2,000 photos and did a video interview with questions we came up with for them to ask and also captured quite a few candid photos of our dinner party and all of us just being together for the first time in a decade. It was a beautiful evening and the photos came out absolutely stunning. Thank you so much 204 Productions! We are definitely reaching out again anytime we have photo and videographer needs. Highly recommend!

A few days ago, I proposed to my girlfriend and 204 captured the moment beautifully. After about a month of planning, everything came together so well and I'm glad I will forever have these memories to look back on. I initially was in contact with Dom and he helped plan the big moment. Olivia was our photographer and she was prepared early. My fiancee actually pointed her out and thought she must have been getting great shots in the current sunlight. Little did she know Olivia was there to capture her beauty! The pictures came out great and if I'm ever in Scottsdale for an event, I would certainly reach out to them again.
