I was told 123net fiber was available at my address with a flyer left at my door. I called customer service to confirm the offer and if my landlord would need to be notified ahead of time. I was told absolutely not since I already have cable internet installed. I schedule an appointment for install and wait a month, only to be told by the installer that their sales department will need to reach out to the apartments owner to get official approval. The next day I received a robocall from 123net telling me my address isn't serviceable. Thanks for nothing!

Absolutely no care for private property. Walked in my back yard without a knock on the door or any previous warning, and I have dogs. Complete disregard for any property boundaries and still solicits when I have a sign clearly visible. Stay away from this budget isp

I can't say enough great things about the Team at 123net! Courtney, Deanna, Bob, Adam, and the rest of the crew! Services are very reliable, the fiber network is one of the best in Michigan, and the Data center is one of the nicest around.

Most Aggressive Salesmen we've had in almost a decade. They do NOT care about "No Soliciting" Signs on your door... Will blatantly ignore/ disrespect and hound you for countless weeks and months with knocking door, ringing doorbell, and leaving behind flyers. We're NOT interested. Take a hint. Leave us alone!

We JUST had 123Net Fiber in our home yesterday. Our installation was a great experience thanks to the gentleman (Derrick) that came out. He explained the process, was thoughtful of our home (even wearing booties on his shoes) and did a very neat job. He even kindly helped us set up our Roku. Very, very helpful man. Our salesman (Chris George) was helpful when he signed us up, giving us specific guidance on not only their fiber but how to pursue landline and TV viewing options. Last summer when 123Net first came to our door asking permission to go into our yard when they began to set up in our area, I spoke to Dan Stefan who took time to explain bundle options using their fiber for the internet portion. I have consistently experienced helpful, supportive guidance from 123Net. Their prices are reasonable and service outstanding. Highly recommend.

Most excellent people to work with. I've had more experience with the "hands on" Team at the data center. They are top notch professionals with their customers at the top of mind. New residential fiber customer, and am very happy with the service. The installation and technician were professional, the speeds are as advertised, and it blows things like cable internet out of the water. Their customer service is actually local, not outsourced, and they clearly care about their customers. I’d recommend their service to anyone looking to get rid of their old DSL or Cable services, which are often more expensive, for such worse services, lower speeds, and older equipment.
